Except man-made mistakes, we will exchange the defective unit with a new one within 14 days after you get our product. According to the guild regulations customer shall be responsible for the returning shipping fee.
Warranty: 12 months free warranty as default for this ES-LRF-B10X42 Series Hunting Laser Rangefinder Binoculars and with up to 2~5 years Optional Limited Charged Warranty with Necessary Repairing Costs.
We offer 12 months limited warranty for our products including shipping after production finished. Damage due to misuse, ill treatment and unauthorized modifications and repairs are not covered by our warranty.

Q2. Will this item fit on my weapon? A: All the Erains TAC Optics laser products fit for a standard picatinny rail. Some small lasers only fit for subcompact weapons. If you can not make sure whether this item fits your weapon or not, welcome to contact us to help you.

Q3. How long is the delivery time? A: 10-25 Days for Sample Order / 30-35 Days for MOQ Order on this MIL-STD Level NV Series Sight Series models.

Q4. What is the warranty policy? A: We can offer you 12 months warranty for defective products in unused condition on the premise of storing as required for the ES-LRF-B10X42 series rangefinder devices.
